There are many free English grammar tests (from beginner to advanced level) and you can create your own exercise also (moderated by the web site administrator). Their free English vocabulary tests can help you to build your students' vocabulary and improve their understanding of the English language.

This site seams to be good but a little complicated for people with low computer knowhow. Teachers can create online courses with very good tolls ( forum,trackers, tests.etc...) and administrators can download and installed the software as a “free source”. I checked a lot of public courses, but they were incomplete, not updated ( infos from 2006), I registered in a private course (lets see what happens..)
